My name is Alan Vincent. I am a born-again, Bible believing Christian who discovered Christianity in 1974.

Jesus Christ has changed my life beyond anything I would have envisaged all those years ago, and today I have the privilege of sharing the Gospel with millions of people through the medium of New Media.

The Lord has called me to live by faith as I do the work He has appointed me to, and I am pleased to say that He continues to provide all our needs on a daily basis!

Jesus Said You Must Be Born Again

Many people are confused as to what it means to be “born-again”. What exactly did Jesus mean when he said unless we are born again we cannot enter the Kingdom of God? Have you ever tried to enter a foreign country without a proper Visa or Passport?

Well, according to Jesus, unless you are born again, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God either. You need the proper credentials!

There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.  This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”

Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”

Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”   (John 3:3-8) NKJV

The central message of the Gospel (Christianity), is that Jesus paid the  penalty for our sins so that we can be declared “not guilty” when we stand before God one day.

Through the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus from the dead, we can be set from from the destructive power of sin in our lives, and be declared “not guilty” before the Almighty God (Jehovah) who alone holds the keys to eternal life or eternal death.

Jesus said that we are not to fear those who have the power to destroy our physical bodies (the first death), but that we should fear God who has the power over our eternal destiny – heaven or hell (the second).

According to the Bible everyone will live forever after we have died physically. Some will live eternally in God’s presence, and others will be exiled from the presence of God – doomed to eternal damnation and punishment for their rebellion against their Creator.

God has given every person the choice of life or death. The choice you make will determine your eternal destiny. God does not desire that any should perish but that everyone should have eternal life and this is why he sent his Son Jesus to die for our sins, and to reconcile us with God our heavenly Father and Creator.

Discover what the Bible teaches about Sin and Salvation

The Bible contains a lot of information about the problem of sin, and the need that every human being has to be set free from it’s destructive power. Many people claim that they have no need to read the Bible, and that they are free to live as they please. If this describes you, please take a moment to read God’s Laws or Men’s Laws?

Although we are free to live as we please, we are not free of the inescapable consequences of the decisions we make on a daily basis. The Bible states that we must choose wisely, preferably life rather than death. So, whichever path you choose in life, please make sure that you make an informed decision.
